The first thing that this game tries to get you to do is it tries to convince you to accept the terms, which include allowing personalized tracking. Despite the game claiming that you need to enable it in order to keep it free, that is simply not the case. Even if you don’t have personalized ad tracking on, the game will still show you ads, and the developers will still make money.
Next, you will need to register an account. The email doesn’t have to match the same one that you use in Monopoly GO, but it certainly helps to have similarities to the name that you already have in that game. That way, it’s easier for you and other people to come to trade agreements and match within the game.
Additionally, because this is not an official companion app, you are going to have to manually input the stickers that you have in Monopoly GO. Go through your list of stickers in that game, and then add them in this game in order to get an accurate representation of your sticker collection. Be sure to update your sticker collection in this game as soon as you get more stickers in that game.
Additionally, be sure to check back whenever a brand new sticker collection comes out in that game. That way, you can start matching and trading stickers in this game and have it be accurate. Typically, it’s also probably not a good idea to start trying to trade stickers for the first three or four days after the sticker collection completely resets, because likely, a lot of players will still have their old sticker collections because they won’t be updated yet, so you won’t get an accurate representation.
Even though you can propose trades and do trades in this game, you have to trade them in that game in order to make them official. That is, unless you just want to use this game as its own little trading card game, irrespective of what’s going on within Monopoly GO.
