Tappy Shots – Tips and Tricks Guide: Hints, Cheats, and Strategies

Tappy Shots is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms where you tap to “flap” the ball into the hoop. Your goal is to get the highest score possible by flapping the ball into the hoop over and over before the time runs out. You can earn a bunch of new balls and themes, complete challenges, and compete against players globally for the best scores possible. Read on for some tips and tricks for Tappy Shots!

The best way to get the highest score possible is to get score multipliers. You can get these by shooting consecutive shots that are either clean shots or are off of the backboard. The backboard shots are the easier of the two types of shots, so aim to bounce the ball off of the backboard and make baskets multiple times in a row for rapid high scores.

There are all kinds of balls that you can unlock, but there is no currency in the game, so you have to unlock them by completing various tasks. These tasks include achieving specific scores within a single game, or bouncing the ball a number of times cumulatively, or playing for a number of days in a row, as well as other tasks. Look for developers to add even more challenge balls as they update the game.

Some balls have different shapes than others, and thus it makes it easier to get a multiplier when using them. One of the easiest to use is the potion, which is not even round, and is smaller than the average ball, making it easier to get it through the hoop, and thus allowing you to get easy multipliers.

You can complete challenges in order to earn balls that you can’t earn from other achievements within the game. Currently there are nine challenges balls, and if you complete a challenge, you earn one ball. The challenges are extremely difficult to complete, though, and you’ll have to restart over and over before you even pass one of them, generally.

If you want to start a challenge back over from where you left off, rather than having to restart the round again, then pick the option to watch a video and when it’s done, you’ll be able to work from where you left off. You’re going to get hit with an ad if you don’t pick the video option anyways, unless you have the phone in airplane mode, so you might as well watch the ad.
