Tower of Saviors Tips and Tricks Guide: Hints, Cheats and Strategies

Tower of Saviors is a new puzzle game/card battling game hybrid for the iPhone and Android. Your goal in this game is to go through as many stages as you can, playing a match 3 style puzzle game, but with the statistical element that usually comes with pure card battling games. The combination provides for more gameplay than the usual card battling romp, yet allows more depth than the usual match-3 puzzle type of game. Read on for some tips and tricks for Tower of Saviors!

The puzzle part of the battles may seem difficult or ridiculous at first, but the key is to displace as many tiles as possible. This can be done by holding down on 1 tile and dragging it through as many spaces as possible, because every space that you drag it through will be displaced by 1 space. Displace as many tiles as possible to make as many combos as possible, which will cause you to do a massive amount of damage in one turn.

Your team can hold a maximum of 5 cards. Take whatever cards are your rare cards, and then enhance them as much as possible, especially if you are running out of card slots and can’t battle anymore until you get rid of some card slots.

To earn more friend points, make your leader card one that will stick out in the midst of other potential ally cards. To do this, you are going to want to level your leader card up as much as possible. Evolve the leader card when you can, but still, make sure that the leader card is leveled up, because the experience level is going to be the one thing that sticks out the most to other players when they are asked to choose between your leader card and other leader cards as an “assistant” card.

Theoretically, the biggest combo that you can get in the game is 5 pieces in a row. However, using the tips in the second paragraph of this article (displacing as many tiles as possible) you can land six in a row, which does far more damage than five in a row, and damages all enemies just like the five in a row combo does.
