Transformers Bumblebee Overdrive: Top Tips, Walkthrough, Cheats, Hacks, and Strategy Guide

Transformers Bumblebee Overdrive, also known as Transformers Bumblebee Mobile, is the new iOS and Android game based off of and promoting the new Bumblebee movie. This game is part shoot-em-up, part endless driving, with both car mode and robot mode, and two completely different styles of play. You can purchase all manner of upgrades, earn coins and gems, unlock new characters, and more. Read on for some tips and tricks for Transformers Bumblebee Overdrive!

During the driving sequences, you can only move left and right, so you have to avoid other cars, but make it exciting. Drive close to other cars and execute as many near-misses as possible without dying. The more near-misses you do, the faster your multiplier bar will increase, allowing you to earn more points for everything you do all throughout the level. If a decepticon chases you in car form, ram them from the side to destroy them. Don’t ram civilians from the side, though, or you’ll lose health

During the transformed sequences, when you’re a mech, you’ll be able to move back and forth in addition to moving side to side. Shoot everything that you can inside of the base, but shoot the red objects first, and they’ll blow up, taking out everything in their immediate blast radius. Collect as many coins when you’re here as possible, so that you can upgrade your autobots.

Energon is the game’s form of energy. You get five at a time, with each individual Energon taking 30 minutes to replenish once you use it. Once you’re out of Energon you can either buy more or wait for it to come back; or, you can set the date and time ahead to regain it all instantly. Do that, then go back to the game to see the instant refill, then go back to the date and time settings and set your time back to normal. You’ll keep all of your cheated energy.

Use the coins that you earn to upgrade both your blaster and your armor. Your armor is arguably the most important upgrade because it affects your play both as a car and as a mech, but your blaster only effects your play in your transformed state, when you’re inside of the base. Still, though, upgrade both of them as frequently as possible.

Make sure that you’re upgrading all of your autobots equally, rather than just focusing on one of them. You’ll be able to call for backup when your first autobot gets knocked off, using another autobot to start from where you left off at. If you’re only upgrading one autobot at a time, then the second autobot will get killed easily after they come in as backup, but if you are keeping the upgrades pretty even, then you’ll have a much easier time of things with the backup autobots.
