There are always a ton of events going on in the game that involve you fighting raid bosses – for example, the current event has you fighting the light and dark mystics, and the previous one had you fighting against the light and dark archwitches. The witches start off easy to beat but they get more difficult to beat each time. If you’re having a hard time beating one, skip it and continue on your quests and earn friendship points. Get more cards, do the amalgamations, evolutions and enhancements, optimize your attack and defense units, and then go back and fight them again later on.

In your kingdom, you can only collect a finite amount of resources, and completing quests will give you a ton of resources, but not until you actively collect them. Wait until you fill up your resources, then go and assign soldiers and complete construction on your storehouses, farms, iron works and ether furnaces, and upgrade them as much as you can, but don’t collect any quest rewards until you empty out your stores.

Once your gold, ether and iron run out, then go to the quests screen and look for quests that have been completed that you can collect the rewards for. If you run out of buildings you can build or upgrade, then use all of your gold, ether and iron to assign soldiers to your top attack cards before every battle.

Some quests give friendship points, or even jewels (rather than the main resources) and all give experience points, so another good time to claim your quest rewards is when you run out of vitality. Claim them until your experience bar reaches 100%, because when you gain a level, your vitality is completely restored.

Assigning soldiers to your attack cards gives them hit points – one soldier equals one hit point. Each time that you evolve a card, you add more potential soldiers you can assign to a card, so max out the soldiers on rare and/or fully evolved cards and you’ll very easily be able to take down most enemies, even the raid bosses from events.

An easy way to complete a tablet collection is to go to the chronicle and get all of the war trophies that you can (load up on multiples of the same tablet so that you don’t lose tablets when you get beaten in duels). Then, go to the duels and fill in the tablets that you didn’t already get, and then trade in the tablets for the prizes before you have a chance to lose them by getting beaten.
