War of the Fallen, the new Zynga card battler for the iPhone and iPad and other iOS devices, contains two different main types of currency. In this game you can earn coins and gems. Gems are the premium currency of the game, and the ones that can buy you special items and extremely rare cards. Coins are the main currency, but they’re a lot more valuable here than they are in other card battling games, especially if you want to evolve your cards. Read on to find out how to get more of both!
There are two main ways to collect coins. The first one is to go to the quest menu and complete quests until your stamina runs out. Once your stamina runs out, wait for it to recover, unless you gain an experience level or use skill points towards getting more of it. Then go on quests again, to earn more coins again.
Battling earns you coins as well, but you can’t battle as often because one battle will use almost all of your attack points (depending on how strong your deck is).
Other than doing both of those, selling cards is an excellent way to earn large amounts of coins. Sell all of the extra cards that you earn during quests or that you earn when you open free card packs, and you’ll get a LOT of coins. You can also earn coins through the daily login bonuses that you get.
There is only one way to get more gems in the game, unfortunately, and that is to buy more gems. You can go to the store tab and buy more of them, spending anywhere between one dollar and 100 dollars on a gem pack. You can also skip the gems and buy starter and booster packs, and anything else that you would normally use gems to buy, though.
